• Provide technical support for SAP PO/PI & APIs Development and ensure smooth functioning of the systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems and processes.

• Experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
• Good To Have Skills:
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
