Application Developer – Oracle EBS Technical Location: Gurugram, Haryana Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 7–8 Years Salary: ₹15,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum Job Type: Full time Job Overview RecruitFutures is seeking an experienced Application Developer – Oracle EBS Technical to design, develop, customize, and support scalable technical solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12/R12.2. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), RICEFW development, and Oracle EBS P2P modules. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain RICEFW components, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow. Design and develop technical interfaces and customizations using Oracle APIs, Open Interface Tables, and Concurrent Programs. Perform advanced SQL/PLSQL performance tuning and optimization. Provide production support and troubleshoot complex Oracle EBS technical issues. Work closely with functional teams to deliver technical solutions for P2P modules, including: Accounts Payable (AP) Purchasing (PO) Payments (IBY) Projects (PA) Fixed Assets (FA) Prepare comprehensive technical documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams to ensure effective and scalable solution delivery. Required Qualifications 7–8 years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R12.2. Strong expertise in PL/SQL, OAF, and full-lifecycle RICEFW development. Good technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS P2P modules. Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and Workflow. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP Web Services. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Why Join?
