Application Developer – EAI | IBM Sterling OMS | Hyderabad | YOE - 1-2 years

About the Role-: We are looking for an Application Developer – EAI to support IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) in production. You will keep order capture, fulfilment and inventory flows running smoothly, act as the first technical responder when issues arise, and work each incident through to its root cause.

What You'll Do -: Monitor IBM Sterling OMS health and order flows to detect issues early - Log, triage and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs, escalating where needed - Troubleshoot order management, fulfilment and inventory issues across the order lifecycle - Write and run SQL queries to trace data issues and validate fixes - Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes to prevent repeat incidents - Keep business and supply-chain stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates - Provide on-call support as per the rotation

What We're Looking For -: 1–2 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS - Working knowledge of order management, fulfilment, inventory and supply chain processes - Experience in production support and incident management - Strong monitoring, troubleshooting and SQL skills - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Willingness to work the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift and support on-call rotations

Good to Have -: Exposure to IBM MQ, REST/SOAP web services and XML - Experience with ServiceNow or Jira - Basic Java - ITIL Foundation certification

Education B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent Immediate joiners preferred.

Location: Hyderabad Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, with on-call support as per rotation
