Purpose and Scope • The Mobile App Marketing Manager must have strong mobile acquisition expertise to acquire users, promote usage of Teletext Holidays App and encourage in-app sales.

• The ideal hacker must have a demonstrated ability to create and launch effective mobile app marketing campaigns, segmenting audience and optimizing for best performance, while thriving in a fast paced environment and supporting aggressive timelines.
• One must have an experience in direct-response customer acquisition and performance marketing, superior analytical skills, and possess a blend of technical business savvy.

Roles Responsibilities

• Plan and execute App Distribution and Promotion strategies that drive traffic to App Store leading to App Installs
• Understanding acquisition models and selecting proven and new channels to meet objectives
• Translate the user acquisition targets and budgets into cutting edge mobile marketing
• Running campaigns on Facebook / Google Display Network and similar large scale mobile ad networks
• Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (planning, executing, reporting, monitoring, and optimization.
• Create a playbook of best practices to be used globally to manage mobile app marketing, with a strong ROI-focused approach)
• Collaborate closely with technical, digital, sales and business teams as well as external vendors to identify needs and help define necessary improvements and new areas for innovation
• Dive into the data to detect patterns and uncover insights to further apprise our app marketing efforts. Report on campaigns and overall app performance.
• Perform regular status updates to communicate results across the marketing team, to senior management.
• Lead test-and-learn efforts - gather and analyze data in a rigorous statistical manner, and uncover insights to optimize app marketing efforts and inform future testing
