About the roleWe are a fastgrowing VCbacked SaaS startup building the Android client for a product used by teams in over 40 countries. As an Android Developer you will own the endtoend development of core features and help define the longterm architecture of the mobile codebase.Key responsibilitiesDesign, develop, and ship new features in Kotlin or Java across core modules.Optimize app performance, including startup time, memory usage, and crashfree sessions.Write unit and UI tests and maintain a green CI pipeline.Collaborate with design and product teams to turn specifications into polished, accessible screens.Participate in code reviews and raise the bar on architecture and code quality.Debug and resolve issues reported via crash analytics and app store reviews.Required profile26 years of experience building production Android applications.Strong command of English (written and spoken) and a reliable remotework setup.Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store and analysing crash/ANR reports.Required skillsKotlin and Java.Android architecture components, coroutines.Modern UI toolkits Jetpack Compose or XMLbased views.Unit and UI testing frameworks.CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases.Dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger.What we offerGroundfloor ownership of the Android codebase.Remotefriendly, panIndia hiring with longterm placement.Direct collaboration with the founding product and design team. .
