Android Developer (Java & Kotlin)

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Kotlin to design, build, and maintain high-quality native Android applications. The ideal candidate has a solid grasp of the Android SDK and app lifecycle, and is comfortable working closely with designers, backend teams, and product managers to deliver smooth, reliable mobile experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native Android applications using Java and Kotlin
• Work with the Android SDK to build performant, responsive UI and app logic
• Integrate with REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services
• Diagnose and fix bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks
• Write clean, modular, testable code following Android best practices

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Kotlin for Android development
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, app lifecycle, and architecture components
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and local data storage (SQLite/Room)
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
