Senior Analyst - User Research - IN

The role will be required to get an understanding of users' needs, goals and pain points with a particular product or service. Study and analyze customer feedback received through quantitative/qualitative surveys and provide appropriate actionable insights to help the respective product teams.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Define goals, scope, and plan a research based on the business/product/design requirements and conduct appropriate research (moderated/unmoderated) research in the given timeline.

Provide support to other researchers and studies to analyze the users data, derive insights, and define chance areas.

Chose the right research methodology regarding research study and create a continuous research practice within the team and process to deliver regular user research reports.
