Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role based in Dharamshala. The Analyst will support the assessment and monitoring of AI security risks, analyze data from Mirror Security’s platforms, and prepare clear reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients. Daily activities include reviewing system outputs to identify trends or anomalies, contributing to research on emerging GenAI and cybersecurity threats, and assisting in the validation of security controls and processes. The role also involves collaborating with engineering, research, and customer-facing teams to translate technical findings into actionable insights, documenting procedures, and helping improve internal methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis, trend identification, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or AI concepts, such as threat modeling, security controls, or basic understanding of machine learning and GenAI systems.
• Proficiency with common analytical tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scripting languages, or visualization tools) and the ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports and explain complex topics to different stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented working style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Dharamshala with cross-functional teams and maintain a high level of professional ethics and integrity.
• Experience or coursework in cybersecurity, AI/ML, cryptography, or related domains is a plus; familiarity with homomorphic encryption or red teaming methodologies is highly beneficial.
