Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to present insights that drive organizational growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Identify trends, patterns, and prospects for business improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Conduct market, financial, operational, or business research as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements. Develop and maintain data models, reports, and analytical tools. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards. Support strategic planning and decision-making processes. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in an analytical role (depending on position level). Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
