Analyst full stack developer

About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Analyst Full Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in a broad range of modern software development areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve:

• Work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web-development fundamentals.
• React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks are beneficial.
• Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, responsive design, mobile-first development, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility is advantageous.
• Backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, Go, or similar programming languages are beneficial.
• Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, .NET, or similar backend frameworks are advantageous.
• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, web services, and system integration.
• SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases are beneficial.
• Understanding of database design, joins, normalization, indexing, transactions, schemas, queries, CRUD operations, and database connectivity is advantageous.
• Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management tools are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks are considered an advantage.
• npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, package management, dependency management, and frontend build processes are beneficial.
• Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, PyTest, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, API testing, or automated testing tools are beneficial but not mandatory.
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies are considered an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts is beneficial.
• Microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, or event-driven architecture are considered an additional advantage.
• OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, input validation, session management, or application-security concepts are beneficial.
• Frontend and backend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, database tuning, scalability, reliability, monitoring, or observability are advantageous.
• UI/UX concepts, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, or translating designs into responsive interfaces are beneficial.
• Automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications are considered an additional advantage.
• Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new frontend frameworks, backend technologies, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, development tools, and modern software-engineering practices.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in full stack development, frontend development, backend development, software engineering, software development, web development, application development, API development, or related technology roles.
• Candidates without previous full-time full stack development experience can also apply.
• Internship, academic project, full stack project, frontend project, backend project, web application, API project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
