Role Description The Analyst role at AITAM is a full-time, on-site position based in Vishakhapatnam. The analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting academic, administrative, and operational data to support institutional decision-making. Daily tasks may include preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends in student outcomes and resource utilization, and supporting accreditation and compliance documentation. The role involves close collaboration with academic departments and administrative units to provide insights that improve processes, support strategic planning, and enhance overall institutional performance. The analyst is expected to maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Solid understanding of statistics, research methods, and basic data validation techniques.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, administrative staff, and leadership in an academic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Management, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
• Familiarity with higher education processes, accreditation requirements, or institutional research is beneficial.
• Demonstrated capacity to learn new tools and methodologies and adapt to evolving institutional needs.
