Amazon Connect Engineer

Contract Amazon Connect Engineer (8–10 years) to design and build AWS cloud contact-center solutions using Amazon Connect with Lex and Lambda, and to deliver enterprise-grade integrations with SSO/AD, CRM, case management, and WFM systems. The role requires strong API-based integration skills, hands-on production implementation experience on public cloud (AWS), and solid SDLC practices including Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps.

Requirements

• Amazon Connect solution development (cloud contact center)
• Contact center industry experience
• AWS services: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda
• Enterprise integrations: SSO and Active Directory (AD)
• Integrations with CRM systems
• Integrations with case management systems
• Integrations with WFM (Workforce Management) systems
• Software development/scripting in Python and/or Node.js
• API usage and integration (consuming/exposing APIs)
• SDLC understanding: Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps
• Hands-on production implementations on public cloud within large enterprises
• AWS cloud solution architecture/build/support experience (at least 2 years)
