Associate Manager & Senior – Talent Management

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are hiring Talent Management professionals for one of the leading global Advisory & Consulting organizations. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong experience in Talent Management and HR Business Partnering who are passionate about driving people strategies aligned with business objectives.

The incumbent will partner with business leaders to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, drive performance and talent initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and support strategic HR programs that contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive Talent Management and HR Business Partnering initiatives.
• Plan and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, rewards, flexible work arrangements, and offboarding.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and leadership development initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and talent-related decisions.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA in Human Resources
• Senior: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate Manager: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, or People Partner roles.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Experience working with HR analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools (Power BI exposure is an advantage).
