Air/sea Freight Import And Export Executive Coimbatore (India)

Key Responsibilities

Handle air import shipments from pre-alert stage to cargo delivery.

Coordinate with overseas agents for shipment details and documentation.

Monitor shipment arrivals and track cargo status.

Ensure documentation accuracy before customs clearance.

Coordinate with customs brokers and clearance teams.

Prepare Bills of Entry (BOE).

Verify HS codes and customs declarations.

Ensure compliance with UAE Customs and trade regulations.

Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, and airport warehouses.

Arrange cargo release and delivery orders.

Manage storage, demurrage, and shipment exceptions.

Provide shipment updates to customers.

Resolve delays, discrepancies, and claims.

Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Knowledge of UAE/qatar air/sea import procedures.

Experience with Dubai Trade, Calogi, CargoWise, or freight software.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

MS Excel and documentation management.
