Bramwell Selfield Group is hiring a Airflow & Python Ship Interior Designer for Ed-Tech in Durgapur, Durgapur subdivision. This is a contract position.

What you will do

• Reduce build and deployment times so the team can release several times a day.
• Design and ship backend services that stay responsive under sustained load.
• Run load tests that reflect real traffic shapes rather than convenient ones.
• Build internal tooling that removes recurring toil from the team's week.
• Improve developer experience so local setup takes minutes rather than days.
• Tune infrastructure costs without trading away headroom the service needs.
• Write and maintain automated tests that make refactoring safe rather than risky.
