Role Expectations The Air Export Manager role is a full-time, position based at Chennai overseeing the Southern Eastern India region, with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees end-to-end air export operations, Customer service excellence, the department's P&L management and supporting the Business growth. The Air Export Manager works closely with customers, airlines, and service partners to ensure following 5 key aspects (1) Customer Service excellence (2) Compliance (3) Pricing superiority (4) Gateway operations (5) Business growth by Supporting Sales & AM teams.
