Assistant Professor – Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, practical sessions, labs, and tutorials in AI & Machine Learning.
• Teach subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Python, Data Science, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Develop course content, assignments, assessments, and practical projects.
• Mentor students in academic projects, internships, hackathons, and industry-oriented activities.
• Guide students in developing practical AI/ML applications.
• Participate in curriculum development, workshops, seminars, and technical events.
• Contribute to research, publications, projects, and innovation initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, and Responsible AI.
• Support departmental academic and administrative activities.

Eligibility

• M.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a relevant discipline.
• B.Tech./B.E. in CSE/IT/AI/ML or a related field preferred.
• Ph.D. preferred as per institutional requirements.
• Relevant teaching/academic or industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

Python | Machine Learning | Deep Learning | NLP | Computer Vision | Generative AI | LLMs | Data Science | Neural Networks | TensorFlow/PyTorch | AI Applications

Candidates with hands-on industry experience in AI/ML and strong practical knowledge will be preferred. Current faculty hiring trends also commonly emphasize areas such as Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Data Science, and emerging AI technologies.
