Roles and Responsibilities

Develop AI solutions for image understanding, OCR, document structure recognition, and video analyticsBuild end-to-end machine learning pipelines covering data preparation, model training, evaluation, and iterationImplement GenAI workflows for prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation over unstructured dataImprove model accuracy, latency, and scalability for production use casesPartner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into deployable AI systemsSkills Required:

2 - 7 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Data ScienceStrong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer VisionProficiency in Python with practical experience in PyTorch and TensorFlowExperience with OCR, object detection, segmentation, and document AI workflowsExperience building and deploying ML solutions in production environmentsGood to Have:

Experience in industrial vision systems, document processing, or video analyticsExposure to semi-supervised learning, active learning, and model optimization techniquesGenAI exposure with LLM workflows and retrieval-augmented generationEducation: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech/M.Tech (Dual Degree) in a relevant engineering discipline .
