AI video creator and Editor

Job Description

We are looking for a highly technical, speed-oriented AI Video Creator and Editor to drive our creative production pipeline. In this role, you will leverage the latest generative AI and automation frameworks to produce high-velocity, performance-driven videos for real estate campaigns.

You will use advanced text-to-video, image-to-video, and voice synthesis tools to conceptualize, generate, and assemble high-converting video campaigns. You understand how to turn a abstract concept into a breathtaking, cohesive visual reality using pure prompt engineering and AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Visual Generation: Author complex, cinematic text-to-video and image-to-video prompts to generate hyper-realistic, on-brand scenes (e.g., modern architectural walkthroughs, dynamic lifestyles, futuristic spaces).
• Maintain Visual Continuity: Master the art of character, environmental, and style consistency across dozens of independently generated AI clips so the final output feels like a single cohesive shoot.
• Script-to-Asset Translation: Take marketing briefs or scripts and storyboard them into programmatic scene-generation sequences.
• Audio Architecture: Generate high-quality AI voiceovers, sound effects, and ambient scores using advanced synthetic audio platforms, perfectly synced to the generated visual cadence.
• Upscaling & Polish: Use AI upscaling and enhancement tools to ensure all generated output meets crisp, professional, high-resolution commercial standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Generative Expert: A deep portfolio showing complete videos built entirely via AI generation—not just traditional video editing or standard stock footage compilation.
• Cinematic Eye: A strong background or understanding of traditional cinematography (lighting, framing, camera movement, color theory) to effectively command AI models.
• Advanced Prompting Frameworks: You understand how seed numbers, camera motion parameters, negative prompting, and style references work across various models to control chaotic outputs.
• Direct-Response Awareness: You know how to engineer AI visuals to capture human attention in the first 2 seconds, maintaining pacing that keeps viewers hooked.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
