Job Title: AI Strategy Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to define and drive the organization’s AI strategy, roadmap, and governance framework. The role requires a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and executive presence to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable impact across products, operations, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Own the enterprise-wide AI vision, strategy, and execution roadmap.
• Innovation & Adoption: Identify opportunities for AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic systems to create business value.
• Governance & Standards: Establish frameworks for Responsible AI, model lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with CXOs, business leaders, and technology teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Delivery Oversight: Guide AI program execution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and measurable ROI.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing AI/ML teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in AI/ML strategy, enterprise-scale delivery, and digital transformation.
• Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and AI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS/GCP) and enterprise data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Synapse).
• Experience in MLOps/LLMOps, observability, and Responsible AI practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in driving monetizable AI ecosystems and measurable business
