AI Presales

We are looking for an AI Presales Consultant with 4–8 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales, with strong expertise in Data, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and enterprise technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solution propositions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the complete presales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Design and present Data, AI, and Generative AI solution architectures.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations.
• Develop PoCs, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents.
• Explain the business value and technical capabilities of AI and data solutions to enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Support opportunity qualification, discovery sessions, solution design, and commercial discussions.
• Demonstrate expertise in GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and AI platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Support customer meetings, industry events, webinars, and technical workshops.
• Assist the sales team in converting qualified opportunities into successful business wins.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales, or a related customer-facing technology role.
• Strong experience in Data, AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or Generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agents.
• Experience in designing and presenting enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong experience in customer-facing presentations, product demonstrations, PoCs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Good understanding of cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Exposure to platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP solutions.
• Experience integrating AI and data solutions with enterprise applications is an added advantage.
