Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python with AI/ML Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, data processing, and model development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, training, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions for real-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Python.
• Design, build, train, and evaluate Machine Learning models.
• Work with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Develop AI/ML solutions based on business requirements.
• Work with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI/ML models and applications.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in development and production environments.
• Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with SQL and databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and Git/GitHub.
• Good understanding of model evaluation and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
• Knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or AI agents.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and ML deployment/MLOps.
• Experience working with OpenAI or other AI APIs.
