Join MailerMen as a AI / Machine Learning Engineer in Hyderabad. You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. The position is onsite at our Hyderabad office, offering close collaboration with the local team.

Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Document experiments, models, APIs and deployment procedures.
• Build Python-based ML pipelines and reusable data-processing components.
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
• Assist in deploying models with containerized services.
• Work with engineers and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
• Integrate trained models with backend APIs and web applications.
• Support labelling, annotation and dataset quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
• Good to have: AWS, FastAPI, Hugging Face, Airflow, Docker, TensorFlow
