MailerMen has an opening for a AI / Machine Learning Engineer based out of Jaipur. You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. The position is onsite at our Jaipur office, offering close collaboration with the local team.

Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
• Integrate trained models with backend APIs and web applications.
• Assist in deploying models with containerized services.
• Develop, train and evaluate machine learning models for product use cases.
• Contribute to feature stores and reusable ML utilities.
• Work with engineers and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
• Clean, transform and prepare datasets for experimentation and production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
• Good to have: LLMs, AWS, MLflow, Hugging Face, FastAPI, PyTorch
