AI Full Stack Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

We are specifically looking for engineers who are proficient with modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and similar platforms, but who are not reliant on AI-generated code without understanding it.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with modern AI engineering tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Frontend development experience with React or Angular
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Good understanding of Docker, deployments, and containerized applications
• Cloud experience, preferably OCI. AWS, Azure, or GCP experience is also acceptable
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including the ability to understand, debug, and take ownership of AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly
• Understanding that security is a core part of system design, not an afterthought
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership across development, deployment, debugging, infrastructure, and basic security
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand requirements, make decisions, and translate business problems into practical technical solutions
• Preference for candidates with startup experience and broad exposure across development, deployment, infrastructure, and security, rather than a narrow functional focus
