AI Engineer -

Experience: 5 - 10 years

Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and agent-based applications.

Develop solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, Lang Graph, and related AI

orchestration tools.

Integrate AI applications with external systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise services.

Build and maintain integrations using MCP and/or A2A protocols.

Develop Python-based services, workflows, and automation solutions that support AI

applications.

Implement tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), memory, and workflow

orchestration patterns..

Utilize modern development practices including source control, CI/CD, and collaborative

development workflows.

Stay current on advances in AI frameworks, agent architectures, and interoperability standards.

Required Qualifications

2+ year of experience developing AI applications, agents, or LLM-powered solutions.

Experience building agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable agent frameworks.

Experience developing or integrating solutions using MCP and/or A2A protocols.

Strong proficiency in Python software development.

Experience integrating external APIs, tools, and services into AI workflows.

Experience with GitHub, Git, and modern source control practices.

Experience using Visual Studio Code (VS Code) or similar development environments.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or

similar platforms.

Understanding of prompt engineering, tool use, workflow orchestration, and AI application

design.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Experience working with vector databases and embeddings.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Experience deploying Python applications in containerized environments.

Knowledge of API design, REST services, and authentication methods.

Experience working in Agile development teams.
