AI Engineer (Microsoft AI Stack) (Noida)

Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software or cloud engineering and practical exposure to the Microsoft AI ecosystem. Working alongside our AI Solution Architects, you will build, integrate, and deploy secure, scalable, and production-ready AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI & Generative AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies, based on architecture defined by senior team members.
• Build applications and integrations using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Implement RAG pipelines, AI Agents, and semantic search components, including document ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval.
• Design, test, and iterate on prompts; implement function calling / tool use for agent workflows.
• Apply AI governance, security, guardrails, and evaluation standards as defined by the architecture team.
• Set up model evaluation, logging, and observability for deployed AI solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing across projects.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and customer teams to deliver solutions on time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, or data/AI engineering.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience building GenAI or LLM-based solutions, preferably on Azure.
• Experience delivering at least one AI/GenAI solution to production using Microsoft technologies.
• Understanding of security, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications such as AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate) or AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate) are preferred. .
