AI Engineer - Expert (AI / ML / RPA / Data Science - LAI)

Job Description

We are hiring an AI Engineer - Expert to provide technical leadership across enterprise-grade AI / ML / RPA programs. The role will act as the architectural authority, ensuring best-in-class solution design, implementation excellence, and robust governance across all AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and expert guidance across AI / ML / RPA solution design and implementation.
• Review, optimize, and validate architecture, source code, and all technical deliverables .
• Resolve high-complexity technical issues and drive engineering best practices.
• Define and enforce scalable, secure, and compliant AI frameworks .
• Mentor engineering teams and enable capability building across projects .
• Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organisational strategy, governance, and risk frameworks .
• Drive continuous improvement in MLOps, automation maturity, and production reliability .

Core Competencies

• Advanced expertise in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
• Strong exposure to MLOps, API-based deployment, CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI / IBM AI / Cloud-based AI ecosystems
• Deep understanding of AI security, data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI
• Proven leadership in architecting and scaling enterprise AI platforms.

Education

BE / BTech / MTech / MSc (IT, Mathematics, Physics) / MCA

Certifications (Highly Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Artificial Intelligence Engineer
• IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate
• IBM Data Science Professional Certificate
• IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate
