AI Data Annotation Specialist Needed and Computer Vision, NLP, RLHF & AI

We are looking for an experienced AI Data Annotation Specialist to help us create high-quality training data for artificial intelligence and machine learning models.

The ideal candidate has experience with data annotation, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), and AI model training workflows. You will be responsible for accurately labeling, reviewing, and improving datasets that help train and evaluate AI systems.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate data annotation and labeling for AI training datasets.

Annotate images, videos, text, audio, and other data types based on project requirements.

Support computer vision tasks such as object detection, image classification, segmentation, and bounding box labeling.

Assist with NLP tasks including text classification, sentiment analysis, intent labeling, and content evaluation.

Participate in RLHF projects by reviewing AI-generated responses and providing quality feedback.

Maintain high accuracy and consistency across annotated datasets.

Follow annotation guidelines and provide detailed quality feedback.

Review and validate existing annotations to improve dataset quality.

Collaborate with AI/ML teams to improve training data processes.

Required Skills

Previous experience in AI data annotation or machine learning data preparation.

Understanding of computer vision and NLP concepts.

Experience with annotation tools such as Labelbox, CVAT, Scale AI, Supervisely, Prodigy, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of image labeling, text annotation, and data quality evaluation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on AI training data projects.

Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI evaluation tasks.

Experience with RLHF, preference ranking, response evaluation, or AI feedback systems.

Background in machine learning, data science, linguistics, computer vision, or related fields.

Experience working with startups or AI-focused companies.
