We are looking for a Creative Lead – Content Production who will own the complete academic and operational lifecycle of this programme—from curriculum design and trainer management to learner experience and programme quality.

Role Summary The Creative Lead will be responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving the AI Powered Content Creator Programme. The role requires close collaboration with trainers, industry experts, startups, and internal teams to ensure participants receive a world-class, industry-relevant learning experience.

The Creative Lead will act as the single point of ownership for curriculum quality, trainer coordination, assessments, live projects, and programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Programme Development
• Design and continuously improve the AI Powered Content Creator Programme.
• Structure learning outcomes, module flow, and assessment methodology.
• Update curriculum based on AI, technology, digital marketing, and creator economy trends.
• Create certification standards and programme documentation.
• Module Development

Develop and maintain curriculum for the following modules

• Technology, Startup & Innovation Ecosystem
• Content Strategy & Digital Storytelling
• Professional Content Writing & Copywriting
• Video Production & Video Editing
• AI for Content Creation
• Social Media Strategy & Digital Growth
• Personal Branding & Creator Business
