Keyrus is looking for an experienced AI Coding & Developer Productivity Specialist to support an upcoming enterprise AI adoption and engineering transformation initiative.

We are seeking a hands-on consultant with strong expertise in AI-powered coding assistants, ideally IBM Bob, to help organizations improve developer productivity and integrate AI into software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI coding adoption and existing development workflows.
• Define AI-assisted coding best practices and technical guidelines.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and developer coaching.
• Support AI adoption, productivity measurement and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to technical scoping and solution design.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with IBM Bob or similar AI coding tools (highly preferred).
• Strong software engineering background.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar AI coding tools.
• Enterprise AI adoption, developer enablement or technical consulting experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Engagement: Short-term consulting assignment (2–3 months), with potential onsite activities in India & Singapore.
