clients across banking, insurance, healthcare, and more. As our Agentic AI Architect, you set the

technical direction for autonomous, multi-agent systems and turn that direction into reusable

accelerators and assets that differentiate how we go to market. You work across engineering,

presales, and delivery teams, translating fast-moving AI capabilities into architectures teams can build

on with confidence.

What you'll do

Define the end-to-end reference architecture for enterprise-grade agentic AI systems, covering agent

orchestration, memory, tool and function calling, knowledge integration, and safe action execution.

Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and reference assets that speed up delivery and strengthen

Virtusa's go-to-market offerings.

Guide multiple engineering and delivery teams from proof-of-concept to reliable, scalable production,

setting patterns for evaluation, monitoring, and rollback.

Embed security, data privacy, access controls, and responsible-AI safeguards into every architecture from

the start.

Partner with presales and client teams to shape solutions, and mentor engineers to raise agentic AI

capability across the organization.

What you must bring

Proven ability to design and ship production agentic AI systems: multi-agent workflows, tool use,

memory, and LLM orchestration (for example with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex).

Strong command of Python and Java, plus the data foundations agents rely on: pipelines, vector

databases, and knowledge graphs.

Hands-on architecture experience on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

A track record of building reusable frameworks or accelerators that others adopt across teams.

Clear communication that turns technical trade-offs into decisions business and technical audiences can

act on.
