Requirements

• 6+ years of overall experience.
• Strong experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal or a similar content management system (CMS).
• Knowledge of Headless CMS is an added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of content modeling, content creation, management, and optimization best practices.
• Experience with stakeholder management is a must.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies to support marketing and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define content needs, and align content creation with business goals.
• Create, edit, and publish content using the AEM, Drupal or any other platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and ensure it is responsive and accessible across devices.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure content is error-free and meets established standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content management and digital marketing.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for content authoring and publishing issues.
• Collaborate with developers to implement enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
• Monitor content performance, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
