Job Description & Responsibilities

  • We are looking to hire Advocates with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in handling matters relating to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI).

Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Practical exposure to proceedings under PMLA, FEMA, Customs Act, and DRI investigations.
  • Strong drafting, legal research, and representation skills.
  • Ability to independently handle matters before adjudicating authorities, tribunals, and courts.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
