Job Description & Responsibilities
- We are looking to hire Advocates with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in handling matters relating to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI).
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Practical exposure to proceedings under PMLA, FEMA, Customs Act, and DRI investigations.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and representation skills.
- Ability to independently handle matters before adjudicating authorities, tribunals, and courts.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
