About the Role

We re seeking an experienced Java Backend Lead to lead our backend development team. Youll design, develop, and deliver high-performance backend systems, mentor team members, and drive technical decisions.

What You Will Do

• Lead backend development team and drive technical decisions
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java
• Mentor and guide team members to improve skills and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps)
• Ensure best practices, code quality, and technical debt management
• Drive innovation and improvement in backend systems

What You Need to Be Successful

• 3-6 years of experience in Java backend development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, and microservices architecture
• Experience leading teams and driving technical decisions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• You are expected to work all 5 days in a week in office

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience with reactive programming (e.g., Reactor, Akka)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka)
