About the Role

We are looking for an Ads Associate with a background in music marketing to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns for music releases, artists, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, ROAS, reach, and conversions.
• Optimise audience targeting, creatives, budgets, and ad copies.
• Support music release and artist promotion campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in performance marketing within the music industry.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube advertising.
• Understanding of music promotions, artist marketing, or music releases.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
