Job Role: Adaptive AUTOSAR C++ Developer

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automotive software using Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture.
• Develop high-performance applications using Modern C++ (C++11/14/17).
• Implement scalable and reusable software components following object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
• Develop and integrate communication modules using SOME/IP, CAN FD, Ethernet, TCP/UDP, HTTPS, and Protobuf.
• Implement and optimize IPC (Inter-Process Communication) mechanisms and middleware services.
• Perform unit testing, SIL, HIL, and interface testing to ensure software quality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software integration and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Follow automotive coding standards, including MISRA C++, and functional safety guidelines.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in design and code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development.
• Strong expertise in Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Excellent programming skills in C++, including C++11, C++14, and C++17.
• Strong knowledge of STL, multithreading, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with Automotive Communication Protocols including CAN FD, Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, SOME/IP, HTTPS, and Protobuf.
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of IPC mechanisms and automotive middleware.
• Hands-on experience with Unit Testing, SIL, HIL, and Interface Testing.
• Familiarity with MISRA C++ coding standards.
• Understanding of ISO 26262 Functional Safety.
