Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment reconciliation, and cash application.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and SOX regulations.
• Collaborate with the accounts payable team to streamline payment processes and vendor management.
• Conduct regular reviews of accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and payment issues.
