Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice entry, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure proper vendor management and resolve any discrepancies.
• Utilize SAP for tracking and managing accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues related to payments or invoices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Experience with SAP or similar accounting software.
• Excellent vendor management skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
