Accounts Payable Executive

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining financial records. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Conduct GST reconciliations and maintain compliance with tax regulations.
• Utilize accounting software such as Tally Prime or SAP for financial record-keeping and reporting.
• Analyze financial data using tools like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist in audits as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in bank reconciliation and GST reconciliation.
• Experience with Tally Prime or SAP is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
