Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in the Chandigarh Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organization and requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, maintaining accurate records and timely submissions.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reporting and analysis.
• Utilize SAP for financial transactions and reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Familiarity with GST and TDS regulations.
• Proficient in bank reconciliation practices.
• Experience with R2R (Record to Report) processes.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
