Role & responsibilities

• Process and validate vendor invoices, employee claims, and accounting entries.
• Perform PO/GRN/invoice matching and ensure compliance with company policies and GST/TDS requirements.
• Manage vendor master creation, modification, and approval workflows in ERP systems.
• Prepare and process vendor payments, monitor payment status, and perform reconciliations.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate outstanding items, and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Support month-end closing activities, AP accruals, provisions, journal entries, and GL reconciliations.
• Prepare AP MIS reports and support internal/external audits.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Good accounting, reconciliation, and analytical skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and email communication skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven and process-oriented environment.
