Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and Import & Export finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and import/export-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle Import & Export accounting and documentation, including purchase/sales invoices, shipping bills, bills of entry, and related financial records.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle foreign currency transactions, forex accounting, and exchange rate adjustments.
• Coordinate with banks for LC, bank guarantees, remittances, foreign payments, and export proceeds.
• Monitor vendor and customer outstanding, credit limits, and payment schedules.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, cash-flow statements, and management reports.
• Ensure accurate accounting of import duties, freight, customs charges, and other landed costs.
• Coordinate with CHA, customs agents, banks, auditors, and other external agencies for import/export transactions.
• Support audit activities and ensure timely closure of accounting books.
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policies and statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and other regulatory requirements related to import/export transactions.
• Identify discrepancies and implement effective controls to improve accounting accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing/import-export environment.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Practical experience in Import & Export accounting and foreign currency transactions.
• Knowledge of LC, bank reconciliation, forex, customs duties, and export documentation.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing companies having Import & Export operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
