Accounts & Finance, Senior Specialist

The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, reviewing vendor and customer transactions, monitoring outstanding payments, preparing Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements, and supporting monthly and annual financial closing activities. The position also requires working with Oracle NetSuite for accounting and reporting, investigating discrepancies, maintaining supporting documentation, assisting with audit requirements, and coordinating with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 6–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is required.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation.
• Practical knowledge of Balance Sheet preparation and Profit & Loss reporting.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong English communication skills for coordinating with international stakeholders.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and meet reporting deadlines.
• Understanding of financial controls, audit documentation, and standard accounting procedures.
