Position: Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

Location: Muvattupuzha

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable,

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.

Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents before processing.

Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and vendor reconciliations.

Prepare payment vouchers and coordinate bank payments.

Assist in GST and TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.

Maintain proper accounting records, files, and financial documents.

Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment-related queries.

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory accounting requirements.
