Accounts And Finance Manager (Only CA / CMA 1st or 2nd attempt)

Position: Senior Executive Finance & Accounts | Manufacturing

Qualification: CA / ICWA

Experience: 24 years

Industry: Strong Manufacturing background mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer reconciliation
• AR ageing, collections, provisions & working capital analysis
• Bank & GL/Sub-ledger reconciliation and month-end closure
• Fixed Asset accounting, capitalization/de-capitalization & depreciation
• CWIP reconciliation, Capex tracking & Fixed Asset Register
• MIS, variance analysis and internal/external audit support
• Oracle/ERP experience preferred

The JD specifically requires CA/ICWA with 2–4 years in a manufacturing setup
