Role Description The Accounting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining accurate general ledger records, reviewing journal entries, GST, MCA filings and ensuring timely preparation of financial statements. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring fixed assets and depreciation schedules, and supporting budgeting and financial planning activities. The Accounting Manager will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations, coordinate with internal teams and external auditors, and provide regular financial analysis to support management decisions. The individual will also contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices in accounting and finance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Statements preparation and Finance management.
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger management.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills in Fixed Assets accounting, including tracking, capitalization, and depreciation.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support business decisions.
• Professional qualifications such as M.com, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent degree are highly desirable.
• Experience in corporate or consulting finance environments, preferably within services or industry-focused firms.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, along with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate financial insights clearly.
