Title: Senior Accountant (Core Accounting)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inter CA to lead the core accounting functions for our broking operations. You will be responsible for maintaining financial integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the end-to-end accounting lifecycle in a fast-paced securities environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Accounting: Manage the general ledger, daily book-keeping, and finalization of accounts.
• Reconciliations: Oversee bank, exchange, and client-level reconciliations specific to broking operations.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and Advance Tax filings; ensure all SEBI/Exchange financial reporting is accurate.
• Audit Management: Lead the preparation for statutory, internal, and concurrent audits.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly financial health reports and cash flow statements for the management team.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Inter CA (Chartered Accountant - Intermediate).
• Experience: 67 years of solid experience in Core Accounting.
• Industry Background: Mandatory experience within a Stock Broking firm.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work under tight regulatory deadline
