Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial transactions, GST compliance, and day-to-day accounts management. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial documentation, and accounting software.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting transactions, vouchers, and financial records.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

Manage bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.

Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.

Maintain petty cash, cash books, and expense records.

Verify bills, invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.

Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.

Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and auditors.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.

Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.

Robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational , M.Com, or a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

Experience2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Experience in manufacturing, interior, construction, or project-based companies will be an added advantage.
