Account Manager – US Staffing

KKB Talent Network is hiring on behalf of one of our clients based in Hyderabad.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – US Staffing who can manage and grow client and vendor relationships within the US Staffing business.

⚠️ Important: This is a specialized US Staffing role. Candidates must have strong US IT Staffing/US IT Recruitment + Business Development (BDM) + US IT Account Management experience.

📌 Role Details

Position: Account Manager – US Staffing

Job Location: Boduppal, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

Experience: 7–10 years

Compensation: ₹8–11 LPA + attractive incentives

🔑 Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience in

• US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment
• Business Development / BDM
• US IT Account Management
• Client and vendor relationship management
• End-to-end US Staffing lifecycle
• Offer negotiation and closure
• US engagement models — W-2, C2C & 1099

Experience with Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, HotJobs and VMS/Vendor Management processes is required.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, employers and staffing vendors.
• Manage accounts end-to-end, from requirement intake and candidate coordination to offer closure.
• Handle client and candidate expectations throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and support successful closures.
• Build and maintain a quality candidate pipeline within agreed TATs.
• Coordinate with recruitment, sales and vendor-management teams.
• Support business development and account growth initiatives.

• Your background is primarily Bench Sales + US IT Recruitment.
• You have a combined Non-IT + US IT Recruitment background without dedicated Account Management/BDM experience.
• You do not have dedicated US IT Account Management + BDM experience.
• You are not comfortable with the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST shift.
• You are looking for a remote or hybrid role.
• You cannot work onsite at Boduppal, Hyderabad.

🎯 Who Should Apply?

This opportunity is best suited for experienced US Staffing professionals who have independently handled US IT clients, vendors, business development, account management, candidate pipelines, negotiations and offer closures.
